Ann Marie Wright

Founder, The Art of Being Present

Ann Marie is a Mind-Body Coach with over 20 years of international success in teaching meditation techniques to individuals and groups. She has dedicated her life to integrating practices of mind body awareness into her life and those around her. Techniques such as breath work, movement, active meditation, sound and silence are used to calm the mind and create presence, connection, and community. Ann Marie has worked with institutions and clients including Vancouver General Hospital, Grace Fertility Clinic, Tapestry Retirement Communities, as well as a variety of business professionals, community leaders, youth, and the general public. She has guided countless people to reduce stress, improve their relationships and retake control of their lives. Ann Marie is currently working out of Vancouver, Canada.
